One of the biggest things that set RT Quality Homes apart from builders like Lennar is their exceptional attention to detail and overall build quality. A few standout features we noticed include: Superior materials: RT uses actual OSB sheathing for exterior walls, whereas other builders, like Lennar, often use foam boards. Thoughtful electrical planning: The garage includes multiple electrical outlets, compared to just one with most other builders. Proper grading and drainage: The dirt work around the home is done with care, allowing for better drainage especially important with Oklahoma's clay soil. Many other builders overlook this critical detail. Concrete work: The slab, sidewalks, and porch pours are solid and durable no early cracking like we've seen with other builders. Modern floor plans: RT's layouts feel contemporary and well thought out. Their kitchens are spacious and functional-unlike some builders whose designs feel more like apartment living. We especially love the pass-through closet to the garage feature, such a smart feature. I could go on and on!

We love the quality of the build and the small neighborhood of Lincoln Landing. We are very impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of the build as well as the home warranty. We used the warranty program for a few minor issues and all items were addressed and fixed promptly (smoke detector, defective roof shingle, and a leaking toilet seal).
